Fun, Joyful Squarespace Website for a Financial Counselor & Money Coach
Lauren Cañafranca AFCC® is a money coach dedicated to helping people cultivate a more joyful relationship with money. She is proud to be an Accredited Financial Counsellor Canada® and has a 6-month coaching program called RESET + RISE that promises a judgement-free space where I help clients relieve the stress of their debt, learn money management systems that make them feel safe to dream again, and engage with their money joyfully.
Lauren used the Sol template to create a bold, fun website that gives visitors a joyful preview of what it’s like to work with her.
Meet Lauren:
Your name, pronouns + credentials: Lauren Cañafranca AFCC® (she/her)
Website URL: https://www.elbiecoaching.com/
Where in the world are you located? Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Who do you work with? Variable earners; comedians, artists, designers, writers, musicians, actors, and commission-based sales.
Before purchasing a Hold Space Creative template, Lauren had used Squarespace, but had this to say about DIYing:
“I am not very skilled in terms of web design, in terms of navigating anything ‘tech.’ I find it very intimidating, and it tends to take me a really long time… I built this website in about a week, whereas previously, it probably has taken me months.”
“It’s already hard enough to have to write your own copy, but then getting things to sit just so often left me in a spiral, and so I loved that this time, I didn’t really have to worry about that. I could just plunk in my colors and end up in a position where I knew it was gonna look good.”
Watch the video below to hear from Lauren about her experience of using the Sol template to build her own coaching website on Squarespace!
I personally love how joyful Lauren’s website feels! The color-blocking of the Sol template lends itself well to Lauren’s dynamic, energetic, and modern approach to money. When I browse her website, I immediately sense that her style of coaching is the antithesis of the stagnant, stuffy personal finance ideology of the past.
