100% Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Squarespace Template from Hold Space Creative for any reason, you may request a refund within 10 days of your purchase.
Refunds will only be issued for unpublished trial websites, and refunds are contingent on the deletion of the template site.
Within two business days, you will receive a Contributor Invitation from Hold Space Creative to access your new Squarespace website. You must accept this invitation within 10 days.
If a Contributor Invitation remains unclaimed after 10 days, we will make every effort to contact the customer via the contact methods provided on the order form. If Customer cannot be reached and the Contributor Invitation remains unclaimed after 30 days, the website will be deleted.
You are responsible for preserving your chosen template’s demo pages. We recommend duplicating your demo pages, then disabling these pages in case you need them later.
You are responsible for upgrading your trial site with Squarespace within your 6-month trial period. If you let your free trial lapse, you must reactivate your site with Squarespace using this guide. We will not issue you a new website template if your trial expires.
All demo logo marks included with your Squarespace Template are the intellectual property of Hold Space Creative and must be replaced with your own logo and/or site title.
You agree to the display of the following site design credit in your website footer: “Website: Hold Space Creative”. You may add your own name if you wish: “Website: Hold Space Creative + [your name]” as long as the hyperlink to Hold Space Creative’s website is maintained.
Template designs may not be duplicated and/or resold.
